The Future of Youtube

Today I was at the Google Fireside Chat in Berlin: Prof. Dr. Miriam Meckel, Editor-in-chief of the „Wirtschaftswoche“ (…and future publisher, congratulations!) interviewed Susan Wojcicki, CEO of Youtube.
In 1998, Susan rented her garage in Silicon Valley to Larry Page and Sergey Brin, the two Google founders. The magazine „Stern“ titled her one year ago as „most powerful woman on the Internet“.

„We see Youtubers as next generation of media companies“ she said today. Furtheron they talked about about topics like Virtual Reality, advertisers, filtering functions and digital education of kids in school.
